All-new Toyota Highlander is all set to hit the markets. Though we will not see its final version coming up till April 17th yet it was showcased at the New York Auto Show and was previewed as the new SUV in quite an unconventional way.

The 2020 Highlander’s teaser has come out to be as ‘Augmented Reality’ artwork which contains 200 unique, hand-painted pieces. All of which are suspended together at a correct angle so that the shape of Highlander is visible in an obvious way. It has been in such a mess since many ages. So this artwork has been recently developed two months back by Michael Murphy.

As per the teaser, the 2020 Toyota Highlander would have a sleeker look than the current model. It would come with a beltline that rises upwards towards the back of the vehicle. Also, it would own a roofline that would be slightly more sloped than the current SUV.

Undoubtedly, it will appear in both traditional internal combustion as well as a hybrid model, similar to the current model. This outgoing model showcases a lethargic 2.7-liter, naturally-aspirated four-cylinder, Toyota’s venerable 3.5-liter V6.

As per the simple drawing developed by its artist Murphy, it looks like a piece of installation art and a posterized filter. Every color highlights a unique physical piece, hung by a string. It appears the best when looked from a perfect angle. Not only this, Michael Murphy has worked on various other installations as well like the 2008 image of the President Barack Obama.
