The big news is that the Audi S6, S6 Avant, and S7 are all set to make their official debut. The new models come in a sporty look along with the TDI efficiency. The new update is that its previous version’s turbocharged V8 is being replaced with V6. The new technology is advanced as it makes use of an electric powered compressor (EPC) and a conventional turbo altogether.
The power for models will come from a 2.9-liter TFSI gas engine with 450 horsepower and 443 lb-feet of torque and we hope engine is paired with 8-speed automatic transmission and the engine used could be same as that of in RS5 Sportback.
However, the new S6, S6 Avant and S7 are powered by a 3-l V6 TDI with 349 hp and 516 pound-ft of torque. The diesel makes use of electric turbo compressor and 48 V mild, hybrid system. The chassis of S6 and S7 models get specific sports suspension along with adaptive damping, a 20-mm lower ride height. This comes with an option of adaptive air suspension if one wants to opt for full comfort. Another great option it offers is its All-wheel steering.
